Role Summary
We are recruiting an Embedded Software Architect / Technical Manager to join our Space Business Unit within the On Board Software activity department. This entity develops satellite software and maintains platform software (the heart of the satellites) for the entire CNES Myriade range. Our Engineers participate in all activities of the software V-cycle: software specification, design, coding and validation. We work for both traditional space and Newspace players.

Responsibilities
In a stimulating environment with our customers, you participate in the design of space systems. On a daily basis, you use your technical expertise by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams with varied profiles (systems engineers, business experts, developers, architects, etc.).
- You support these teams to carry out the following tasks:
- Participate in writing the system level specification with the client
- Support software level specification
- Design the static and dynamic architecture of the software
- Organize the build and deployment of software
- Supervise development and support the project manager in organizing the project
- Being the client's preferred technical contact, in this capacity you participate in carrying out technical reviews and milestone reviews with the client
- The technical environment
- Software development in a critical environment (ECSS)

- English, read, write, speak
Requirements
- With a Bac+5 engineering school education or equivalent, do you have at least 4 years of experience as a Software Technical Manager/Architect in the field of critical embedded software in space?
- Do you have skills in communicating with a variety of people, which allows you to adapt effectively to each context? Are you methodical with a sense of organization that helps you carry out your missions efficiently? Then you are the gem we are looking for!
