Role Summary

• Ensure that the mechanical, electrical and electronic systems for production are kept operational and are sustainably repaired in the event of damage
• Improvement of technical system availability (OEE)
• Independently carry out preventive maintenance tasks
• Electrical troubleshooting and elimination of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshooting and elimination of programmable logic controllers (e.g. S5/S7/TIA)
• Entering the activities carried out into a database
• Processing of fault reports
• Use of SAP for spare parts search
• Carrying out assembly activities
• Repairs/maintenance of systems and machines
• Carrying out minor electrical installation work
• Regular “GEMBA” support

Requirements

Completed training, e.g. as an electrician and/or several years of professional experience in this area.

• Basic knowledge of PLC (Simatic S5 / S7 / TIA) controls, PC and network technology
• Good knowledge of electrical drive technology, power electronics as well as measurement and control technology
• Basic knowledge of robotics desirable
• Fluent German and English skills
• Confident use of MS Office programs
• Willingness to work in 21 shifts and be on call
• Willingness for additional qualifications
