Role Summary

Do you have an affinity for paying, extent and deviance? They strive to create tenders for exciting projects in close contact with planners, builders and architects. You think and act in a structured manner, are digitally savvy, and enjoy supporting the construction managers and the cost team with a focus on foreign exchange. Then we are looking for you to join our team in Zurich or Basel immediately or by arrangement.

• Independent processing of foreign exchanges
• Leading the submission process up to and including the award
• Support the cost planners with the extent
• Establishment of standard processes in the submission phase
• Development of the offer and work contract outline
• Evaluations and comparison of offers from entrepreneurs and planners
• Support the cost team if interested
• Support the construction manager on site if interested
• Training and further education of employees

Requirements

Completed basic training in the construction sector as a structural draftsman, architecture or civil engineering or diploma as a construction manager, technician in structural engineering

• Experience in construction management, architecture, submission
• Very good MS Office knowledge as well as knowledge of using Messerli Bauad and other cost tools
• Strong ability to think, act and communicate in an interdisciplinary, structured manner
• Customer-oriented, precise and economic way of thinking as well as an independent and careful working style
