Role Summary

You analyze and assess damage and defects on used cars using photos, videos or cost estimates, taking into account our high quality standards, and work closely with our vehicle workshops.

As a communicative interface, you coordinate between customers, internal departments and external service providers.

Support your team as a technical advisor with your specialist knowledge, support you with technical questions and actively contribute to the further development of processes and solutions.

With your solution-oriented approach and your technical know-how, you will ensure that the Autohero purchasing experience remains a positive one for our customers.

Requirements

• You have experience in the automotive sector, e.g. B. as a mechatronics engineer, body builder or automotive service advisor.
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in customer service and are a talented communicator who enjoys customer contact.
• You work in a structured, responsible manner and are a team player.
• Fluent German skills and a confident use of Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) are a given for you; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• You have a passion for cars and are willing to delve into new topics.
