Role Summary

• Advise our customers personally and competently in the purchasing process of their vehicle - from the greeting to the conclusion of the contract
• Conduct convincing sales discussions and actively accompany the price negotiations with the aim of achieving fair and attractive deals for both sides
• Explain the condition and rating of the vehicle transparently and build trust through your communication skills
• Coordinate the purchasing process efficiently and ensure it runs smoothly together with our support team

Requirements

• Strong sales and communication skills, ideally through experience in direct customer contact, service industry or retail
• Initial experience in the sales process, in customer advice or in price negotiations and sales transactions
• Strong customer orientation, enthusiasm for personal exchange and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Technical or vehicle-specific knowledge is not a must - our tools & training support you in vehicle evaluation
• Fluent knowledge of German and a class B driving license
