Responsibilities

• As COO / Integrator, you are the operational right hand of the founder. You ensure that vision turns into measurable results, clear structures and scalable processes.
• You build clear corporate structures, processes and responsibilities.
• You lead the team in day-to-day operational business and develop it further.
• You systematically optimize sales, marketing and funnel processes.
• You control the company via KPIs, reporting and performance goals.
• You identify growth levers and implement measures to increase sales.
• You will support the scaling of our training, programs and internal processes.
• You ensure that strategies are implemented properly and results are consistently tracked.

Requirements

• You are an operator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on implementation. You feel comfortable in high-growth digital business models and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• You have already built or successfully scaled an online education, coaching or expert business.
• You are an implementer and not a pure theorist.
• You have very good knowledge of meta ads, funnel logic and performance marketing.
• You think in terms of KPIs, conversion rates, reporting and growth levers.
• You have experience with landing pages, lead generation and optimizing sales processes.
• Ideally, you are familiar with tracking, CRM systems and marketing automation.
• You can lead teams clearly, set priorities and create commitment.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and with high standards of quality and results.
