Consultant (w/m/d) Real Estate Consulting

Role Summary

• Carrying out and managing technical due diligence processes and technical inventories
• Developing and implementing sustainable portfolio & property strategies and associated concepts
• Accompanying construction projects as part of project monitoring and controlling activities
• Preparation of economic feasibility studies as well as structural, sustainable and economic project analyses

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, real estate management or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Confident handling of MS Office products
• Analytical, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
• High level of consulting expertise and high customer orientation
