Role Summary

As a Consultant within one of the leading consulting companies, you will participate in demanding projects, evolve in an interdisciplinary environment and will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise while developing it further.

Carry out and manage technical Due Diligence processes as well as develop technical, sustainable and economic analyzes of projects.

Develop and implement sustainable portfolio and building strategies and associated concepts.

Support construction projects within the framework of monitoring and project control missions.

Develop, maintain and expand an existing network in the real estate sector, particularly with investors and owners.

Acquire new projects through your own network.

Coordinate the daily management of projects.

Requirements

• University degree in civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering (construction specialization), facility management or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the mentioned field – ideally in Luxembourg.
• Excellent knowledge of French and English, both oral and written; German is an asset.
• Availability for project-related travel in the Greater Luxembourg Region.
• Strong consulting skills, excellent presentation as well as a structured, analytical and autonomous working method.
