Role Summary

Within the Customer Support department and under the responsibility of the International Customer Support Supervisor, your role consists of providing technical and functional support to distributors and subsidiaries through telephone assistance on: Time Management, HRIS, Access Control software.

You carry out a precise diagnosis of the problems encountered and determine the means to implement for your interventions. You are responsible for entering and recording your technical intervention reports and ensuring the quality of the information provided.

You also ensure the translation and creation of documents in order to enrich the existing knowledge base.

You are proactive in detecting new needs in order to transmit them to the relevant department.

Requirements

• You are comfortable with IT tools and you are keen to constantly train yourself on software and its developments.
• You have initial experience in customer support, and a strong interest in IT.
• You are recognized for your listening skills, your sense of service and your pedagogy.

You speak German and French fluently
