Berater (w/m/d) Real Estate Consulting

Role Summary

Carrying out and leading technical due diligence processes as well as creating structural, sustainable and economic project analyses.

Developing and implementing sustainable portfolio and property strategies as well as the associated concepts.

Accompanying construction projects as part of project monitoring and controlling tasks.

Building, maintaining and expanding an existing network in the real estate sector, especially with investors and owners.

Acquiring projects via your existing network.

Coordinating daily project processing.

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering (construction), facility management or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the specified area of responsibility – ideally in Luxembourg.
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written French and English; Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the greater Luxembourg region for project-related purposes.
• Strong consulting skills, a confident demeanor and a structured, analytical and independent way of working.
