Role Summary
Inspect and evaluate vehicles for purchase, as well as negotiate the acquisition of the vehicle with the client.
Request, review and analyze vehicle, client and appraisal documentation.
Explain and negotiate with the client possible additional expenses to resolve administrative incidents.
Preparation of purchase and sale contracts and comprehensive management of the documentation necessary to formalize the operation.
Digitization, control and archiving of documentation, as well as resolution of administrative incidents.
Payment management and monitoring.
Coordination of logistical support for the removal of vehicles from the branch.
Review and guarantee the supplies necessary to carry out the work of the branch, such as paper, toner, cleaning supplies or even water.
Requirements
- Knowledge of document management related to the purchase and sale of vehicles.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized person with attention to detail.
- Driving license B. Own vehicle is valuable.
- Computer skills with keyboard, clouds, email and excel.
- Academic training in mechanics and/or experience in vehicle repair is valuable.

Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday
- Morning shift: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. / 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Afternoon shift: 1:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- We work 3 Saturdays a month from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Work area: Palma de Mallorca
- Your birthday off!
- Fixed salary + commission scheme.
