Role Summary
Your main objective will be to guarantee that the administrative and documentary process of each purchase and sale operation is managed in an agile, precise and efficient way, accompanying the client during the process.
Responsibilities
Among your main functions will be
- Request, review and validate vehicle, customer and appraisal documentation.
- Prepare purchase and sale contracts and manage all the necessary documentation to formalize the operation.
- Digitize, control and archive documentation, ensuring that the information is always up to date.
- Resolve and track administrative incidents during the process.
- Manage and track payments.
- Coordinate the logistical support necessary for the removal of vehicles from the branch.
Requirements
- Experience and/or knowledge in document management related to the purchase and sale of vehicles.
- Organized, decisive person with attention to detail.
- Driving license B. Own vehicle is valuable.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good use of computer tools: email, Excel, cloud storage and management tools.
- Training in mechanics and/or previous experience in vehicle repair will be an advantage.
Benefits
- Indefinite contract.
- Fixed salary + commissions.
- Rotating hours from Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; or from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We work 3 Saturdays a month from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Mobility between branches in Barcelona is possible.
