ASISTENTE COMERCIAL

Role Summary

Preparation of commercial proposals in accordance with the procedures established by each area.

Responsible for telemarketing SGS services.

Keep track of customer databases.

Offer file maintenance.

Manage the commercial area (time, supervision of agendas, administration of commercial reports, preparation of meetings, etc.).

Provide follow-up support to clients such as receiving and welcoming the new client, scheduling follow-up business appointments, sending specific information, client documentation, etc.

Ensure budget compliance with the sales team.

Organize prospect databases

Attention to inbound and outbound calls.

Requirements

• Education: Technologist, Student in the last semesters of Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related to the sector.
• Experience: 1 year in positions related to marketing, sales, administration or activities related to the sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Office Management; with knowledge of data analysis. And training in regulations applicable to the sector.
