• •2-5 years of working with Unix and windows environment
• •2-5 years working with Application management
• •2-5 years of progressive IT experience

• •ServiceNow (SN) administration experience or SN integration with change management tools
• •Experience with Unix Administration
• •Experience with BladeLogic for Data Automation (BDA)
• •Experience with application development
• •Strong System administration skills (Unix/Windows)
• •Strong Scripting experience (Batch/Perl/Shell/Powershell)
• •Must be able to work effectively Individually and in a team environment
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
