Analyst-Investment & StrategyRole Overview• EnergyX is seeking an Analyst-Investment & Strategy to support M&A execution, financial modelling, fundraising, and IPO readiness.• The role works closely with senior leadership, finance teams, and external advisors on strategic transactions and capital planning.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Modelling & Valuation:• Build integrated financial models for M&A, investments, fundraising, and long-term planning.• Perform valuation analysis (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions) and scenario modelling.M&A, Transactions & Capital Market:• Support target evaluation, due diligence, deal structuring, pricing analysis, and preparation of investment memoranda, board materials, and management presentations.• Develop investor models, forecasts, KPIs, and financial narratives, and support equity/debt fundraising and IPO readiness processes.
Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.Experience:• 2-4+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets (DCM/ECM), M&A, private equity, or transaction advisory.• Strong financial modelling skills with experience in M&A and fundraising transactions.Preferred Qualifications:• CFA or CPA (or active candidate).• Global transaction (M&A or IPO) exposure.• Qatari nationals preferred.Key Skills:• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.• Strong presentation and communication abilities.• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: QAR
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
