MAIN ACTIVITIES: Responsible for promoting the adoption and maturity of agile practices and culture throughout the Software Factory organization and acting as a mentor for teams and leaders, ensuring efficiency and adaptability in delivering value. Conduct discovery ceremonies for new products and services.
- Know agile techniques and practices as well as coaching tools and models to maximize the performance of individuals and teams involved in agile ecosystems;
- Work in facilitating events to publicize and clarify the characteristics of Lean and Agile culture;
- Train and develop knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for team building, purpose definition, continuous improvement and results;
Act as an agent of change and maintenance of Lean and Agile culture in teams and the company.
Requirements
- Complete higher education.
- Advanced certifications in agile methodologies.
- Desirable experience: 5 years working as an Agile Coach on large projects.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
