Advanced Clinical Application Specialist, IGT-S
Advanced Clinical Application Specialist (AAP)
As a Philips IGT-S Advanced Clinical Application Expert (AAP), you will serve as a professional consultant in the field of clinical application and innovation, helping customers fully realize the value of Philips interventional clinical solutions through professional training, application promotion, process optimization and clinical innovation support. You will work closely with physicians, sales, marketing, product management and service teams to promote the clinical application of new interventional technologies, improve customer satisfaction and continue business growth.
- Clinical Application and Training
- Responsible for the clinical application promotion and training of Philips IGT products and solutions;
- Provide systematic product training and clinical education for doctors, technicians and nursing staff;
- Support the development of complex cases and new technologies for key customers;
Promote the standardized application of products and the establishment of best practices in customer hospitals.
- Clinical workflow optimization
- In-depth understanding of customer clinical needs and diagnosis and treatment procedures;
- Assist customers to optimize interventional diagnosis and treatment workflow and improve diagnosis and treatment efficiency;
Establish standardized operating procedures and best practice cases.
- Clinical innovation and evidence support
- Identify clinical unmet needs (Unmet Needs);
- Support the implementation of new technologies, new applications and innovative clinical projects;
- Assist in collecting clinical data and success stories;
Support clinical research and academic output.
- Market and competitive product research
- Complete clinical application research and market analysis of competing products on time;
- Track industry development trends and clinical technology progress;
Provide clinical insights to sales, marketing and product teams.
- Patient Safety and Quality (PS&Q)
- Ensure that clinical application activities meet patient safety and quality requirements;
- Regularly conduct Quality Tour and clinical application quality inspection;
- Promote the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and maintain satisfaction above 95%;
Support problem analysis and continuous improvement.
- Cross-departmental collaboration
- Cooperate with sales, marketing, product, and service teams to carry out customer support;
- Support regional customer visits, product demonstrations and academic activities;
Promote internal resource integration and project collaboration.

Requirements
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the medical equipment industry;
- Have experience in clinical applications, medical imaging, interventional therapy or related fields;
- Applicants with experience in supporting large medical equipment such as DSA, CT, ultrasound will be given priority;
Applicants with experience in interventional radiology (IR), cardiovascular (CV), and neurointerventional (Neuro) fields are preferred.

- Solid knowledge of medicine and clinical applications;
- Excellent training and presentation skills;
- Good data analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication, coordination and customer management skills;
- Strong cross-departmental collaboration capabilities;
Ability to read and understand clinical literature in English.
Education
- Bachelor degree or above in clinical medicine, medical imaging, biomedical engineering, nursing and other related majors;
- Master degree or above is preferred.
