ADV ASSISTANT and Stock Manager

Role Summary

As part of a human-sized team, you manage the physical and IT management of product stocks (musical instruments) sold on the company's website. You receive the packages of goods, check them, label them and put them on the shelves. You are in contact with suppliers for replenishment. You put the products online on the website by creating the articles produced using the CIEL software. As part of the quality charter put in place, you also contribute to the processing of after-sales service (packages not received by customer, dispute management).

Working conditions: Monday to Friday

Fixed salary + TR + profit-sharing + participation

Requirements

You hold a Bac to Bac +2 (logistics training/inventory management) and have a first versatile professional experience in an assistantship position in a VSE environment (5 to 10 people). Experience in inventory management will be highly appreciated. You have mastered the office pack and are comfortable with the software. Proficiency in CIEL or any other database software as well as English are additional assets (ultimately the website will be in English). You are recognized for your ability to manage priorities, your practical sense, your rigor and your autonomy. You also appreciate teamwork and sustained work rhythms. Finally, you live near Clisson.
