Role Summary

Your exciting tasks

• Main focus: Implementation of advance sales tax returns, ZM and Intrastat reports as well as sales tax controls
• Accounting and valuation of fixed assets according to HGB, IFRS (including IFRS16) and tax law
• Reporting as part of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Checking, accounting and posting of asset additions and asset disposals
• Participation in the annual asset inventory
• Participation in accounting-related projects

Requirements

What you bring with you

Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification as well as several years of professional experience in the accounting of an industrial or commercial company

• Sound knowledge of accounting according to HGB, IFRS and tax law
• Sound knowledge of sales tax law
• Experience in dealing with SAP (especially SAP modules FI/CO; AM; RE-FX)
• Very good MS Office skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• High sense of responsibility and independent way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation
