Account Manager (f/m/d) for Vienna

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio: You are responsible for a portfolio of Vienna's most popular restaurants and build long-term, trusting partnerships.
• Promote growth: You develop individual strategies and support your restaurant partners in growing successfully together with foodora.
• Use potential: With innovative upselling solutions you can increase the performance and visibility of your accounts.
• Analyze performance: You work based on data, analyze KPIs and derive targeted optimization measures.
• Shaping collaboration: You work closely with teams such as sales, marketing and logistics and get involved in cross-departmental projects.
• Live team spirit: You will be part of a motivated account management team that supports each other and celebrates shared successes.

Requirements

• You have relevant professional experience in account management and/or sales - but above all, enthusiasm for building long-term customer relationships.
• You work independently, set yourself ambitious goals and impress with a proactive, solution-oriented way of working.
• You recognize the needs of your restaurant partners and always have their long-term success in mind.
• You communicate confidently with different contacts and keep a cool head even in demanding negotiations.
• You have business fluent written and spoken German and English skills. Further language skills are a plus
