Account Executive - SDR

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to support a UK-based employer in their sales department, where you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet the employer's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify new business opportunities
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales performance
• Analyse sales data and provide insights to inform future sales strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have

• Relevant years' experience in sales
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence using tools such as CRM software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

High attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
• Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
