YouTube Content Strategist | Long-Form & Growth

We are looking for a YouTube Content Strategist with proven experience growing YouTube channels through long-form content strategies. This role will be responsible for designing the channel's editorial strategy, developing high-impact content, and continually optimizing performance through metrics analysis.

We are not just looking for a scriptwriter or channel manager. We want a person with strategic vision, analytical thinking and creative judgment, capable of converting ideas into content that generates organic growth and business results.

It will be essential to share

Portfolio or links to YouTube channels in which you have participated.

Cases where you can explain your contribution to the growth of the channel.

Examples of videos or scripts developed by you and, if possible, performance metrics obtained.

Responsibilities

• Design the content strategy for the YouTube channel.
• Research trends, audiences and content opportunities.
• Develop scripts for long-form videos, podcasts and interviews.
• Create titles, thumbnails and packaging strategies aimed at improving CTR.
• Analyze metrics such as CTR, retention, watch time and channel performance to propose continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with editors and designers providing strategic feedback on narrative and editing.
• Lead editorial planning and contribute to the sustained growth of the channel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in YouTube channel strategy or growth.
• Mastery of storytelling, scripting and long-form content.
• Solid knowledge of YouTube Analytics, CTR, retention and watch time.
• Experience developing titles, miniatures and packaging strategies.
• Use of tools such as YouTube Studio, vidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Trends and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity).
• Advanced English (C1–C2).
• Excellent writing in Spanish and ability to work autonomously.

The challenge

Coordinate and execute the planning and traffic of offline campaigns (radio, TV, press, outdoor) to guarantee that each insertion is delivered correctly, within the deadlines and in accordance with the materials and specifications agreed with the media and clients.
