Technical Delivery Manager Semi Senior / Senior (Remoto)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager Semi Senior / Senior to lead digital projects from end to end, becoming the main reference between our clients and the technical teams.

We are not looking for a traditional Project Manager. We are looking for a person with a strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and solid knowledge of web technologies, capable of transforming business objectives into clear, executable and successful projects.

What are you going to do?

📌 Be the main point of contact between the client and the technical team throughout the project.

📌 Understand the client's business objectives and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.

📌 Coordinate developers, designers, QA, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

📌 Manage changes in scope, priorities and customer expectations with transparency.

📌 Ensure quality deliveries, within agreed times and aligned with the client's objectives.

Requirements

• ✔ Verifiable previous experience developing web projects or working as a developer before evolving into management roles.
• ✔ Experience leading web development projects, digital products or technological platforms.
• ✔ Solid technical knowledge of web technologies, including frontend, backend, APIs, CMS, hosting, infrastructure, databases and integrations.
• ✔ Ability to understand architectures, technical estimates, dependencies and risks without the need to program on a day-to-day basis.
• ✔ Experience defining scope, roadmap, schedules and project planning.

The challenge

Coordinate and execute the planning and traffic of offline campaigns (radio, TV, press, outdoor) to guarantee that each insertion is delivered correctly, within the deadlines and in accordance with the materials and specifications agreed with the media and clients.
