Role Summary

What tasks await you with us

• Support in the creation, tracking and processing of offers
• Checking incoming customer orders and providing support with order preparation
• Maintenance and processing of data in ERP and CRM systems (e.g. SAP, C4C)
• Support with cost and deadline controls
• Preparation and maintenance of customer-specific agreements, price lists and value contracts
• Creation of evaluations, reports and presentations
• Participation in projects for process optimization and digitalization
• Supporting the marketing team with market analyses, campaigns, events and the creation of communication documents

Requirements

What you should bring with you

• Ongoing studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable course of study
• Interest in technical and commercial contexts
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ideally, initial experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP, C4C)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and analytical thinking skills
