At the beginning of 2025, the Finanz Group was acquired by Inflexion, a leading European private equity company in the mid-cap segment. Inflexion supports ambitious management teams in further developing high-growth companies and scaling them sustainably.

As part of the takeover, the previously independently managed business units will be strategically merged. This realignment and the group's strong innovative strength create new growth opportunities to further expand the market position as a leading investment platform.

In order to successfully implement the growth strategy and the value enhancement program, we are looking for committed talents who would like to actively shape this change.

As a working student in the area of advice and marketing, you will support our team in the creation, optimization and further development of high-quality financial content. You will combine editorial work with data-driven marketing and actively contribute to scaling our content.

Support in marketing, especially with A/B testing and performance analysis

Maintaining, updating and creating high-quality (editorial) content on the topics of stocks, ETFs, crypto, etc.

• Creation of competitive comparisons (e.g. to trading offers or crypto providers)
• Collaborate on the integration of sales and affiliate content
• Support with SEO measures to increase the visibility of our content

Requirements

• Strong interest in financial markets as well as in-depth knowledge of stocks, ETFs and other asset classes.
• Passion for good copywriting and the ability to create quality content.
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
• Technical understanding and knowledge of HTML and CSS
• In-depth knowledge of using AI tools for content creation and scaling
• Very good knowledge of German and high level of text fluency
• Bonus: First experience with WordPress
