VM Director

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Merchandising team (regional and in-store VM managers).• Direct visual merchandising planning for new store openings and refurbishments.• Ensure new concepts reflect the Group’s evolving brand identity.• Source and negotiate with suppliers for props, fixtures, and materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or related field.• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in retail visual merchandising• Exp in C Level with minimum 4 years in a director-level role.• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial visual success.• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar).

Salary: KWD
2,000 to 3,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
