Responsibilities

• Together with your Store Manager you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is ready for customers, and achieving excellent sales results.
• Your main task will be to guarantee the weekly campaigns, animate and promote the right sales attitude and create a positive environment in your team.
• In line with our JYSK leadership values, you will support the Store Manager by communicating, leading and training the in-store team.
• You will promote a “customer first” culture, recognizing customer needs and ensuring additional sales.
• You are not afraid of physical work and set an example by carrying out routine tasks in the shop.
• You aspire to become a Store Manager and are ready to commit to achieving this goal.
