Responsibilities

• Together with the Deputy Store Manager you will be responsible for managing a JYSK store
• In line with our JYSK Values and Leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring your store is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading and training your team
• You will analyze the main performance indicators to identify the actions necessary to achieve the objectives and motivate the team.

Respect and enforce store concept and store routines

• You will be responsible for the selection and onboarding of new colleagues in the store, ensuring the development of the entire team.
• You are not afraid of physical work and set a good example by selling and carrying out routine tasks in the shop.
