Responsibilities

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Together with your Deputy Store Manager you will be responsible for a JYSK store
• In line with our JYSK Values and Leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring your store is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading and training your team
• You will analyze and engage on key figures to determine what is needed to achieve objectives and motivate the team to do so.

Respect and enforce store concept and store routines

• You will be responsible for the search, selection and introduction of new colleagues in the store, ensuring the development of the entire team.
• You are not afraid of physical work and set a good example by selling and carrying out routine tasks in the shop.
