Role Summary

Semi Senior UI/UX Designer Developer - Hibrido CDMX - Polanco

We are looking for UI/UX Designer Semi Sr responsible for the understanding, definition and conceptualization of digital Mobile and Web development solutions, aligning business and technology objectives with the needs, capabilities and expectations of users, to design functional, viable products focused on the user experience.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in user experience design (UX) and interface design (UI) in mobile development applications and digital products.
• Knowledge of accessibility and location principles.
• Experience in content strategy and UX writing.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Experience with prioritization and backlog management frameworks.
• Participation in the creation and maintenance of design systems and technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of web development and styles (HTML, CSS or others), applied to mobile development.
• Understanding of the business and market context.
• Figma mastery at intermediate to advanced level.
• Use of collaboration tools such as Office 365 or Google Workspace.
• Course in Design Thinking, UX or related disciplines (desirable).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Main Functions

• Translate business initiatives into concrete usability problems, providing direction to the squad in the search for user-centered solutions.
• Conduct continuous research with users, including ethnographic research.
• Raise functional requirements and define User Personas, identifying user needs, behaviors and expectations.
• Design navigation maps (user flows) and information structures.
• Work hand in hand with clients and technical teams to align business goals and objectives with viable solutions.
• Design and execute usability tests, evaluating intuitiveness and user experience.
• Plan and implement new interface designs, as well as optimize existing interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, mockups and prototypes to conceptualize and validate new product ideas.
• We offer a 6-month project with the possibility of extension, REMOTE modality in Mexico
