UC Identity Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for an L2 Support engineer specialized in Microsoft Infrastructure & Cloud, with 1 to 3 years of experience in the administration and support of hybrid Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities

Its missions

• Provide level 2 (L2) technical support on incidents, problems and critical changes.
• Manage Change Management activities: validation, approval, monitoring and control of the execution of changes.
• Carry out technical audits and make recommendations based on best practices.
• Write, update and validate technical documentation (SOPs, procedures, change reports).
• Manage major incidents and service requests to ensure the restoration of services within defined deadlines.
• Collect and analyze customer needs.
• Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) and technical demonstrations of solutions.
• Provide support for business activities in accordance with the needs of the organization.
