Work arrangement:: On-site

Automation engineer at ALTEN in Kenitra, Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Morocco.

Role Summary

Workshops concerned

Stamping workshop
Welding/body shop
Painting workshop
General assembly workshop
Underbody components workshop

Requirements

Main skills

Knowledge of project management in the field of automation, with mastery of business procedures depending on the department concerned (stamping, welding/bodywork, powertrain, painting, plastics processing and general assembly).
Knowledge of automation architectures (including security aspects).
Ability to control project deliverables during the study phase:
Risk analysis,
Functional analysis (including, if necessary, product quality risks),
Electrical diagrams (including safety aspects),
Bills of materials (BOM),
PL calculations,
Initialization of the TEP (Test Execution Procedure).
Mastery of automation program control (including security aspects).
Knowledge of machine safety standards.
Knowledge of interfaces with MES / Monitoring / IT systems (including cybersecurity aspects).
Knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical diagrams.
Knowledge of robotics.
Knowledge of conveyor control technologies.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and problem solving tools.
Proficiency in office tools, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience between 3 to 4 years.
