Methods & Industrialization Engineer

Role Summary

The consultant will be responsible for

Manage industrialization projects for new civil engine repairs, from the feasibility study to commissioning.

Translate the requirements of manufacturers and the design office (BE) into industrial workshop processes.

Define repair ranges and work instructions.

Qualify the means and tools (equipment, machines, tools).

Responsibilities

• Write repair plans, work instructions and technical files.
• Establish the quality plan, the resource management plan as well as the management plan for technical facts, anomalies or developments.
• Ensure weekly reporting via Flash Reports and Scorecards.
• Manage the project dashboard (monitoring actions, blocking points, risk analyses, OQD/OTD indicators).
• Write the reports (CR) of the launch, progress and closing reviews.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Bac+5 from an engineering school or university equivalent, with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Industrialization, Production or Aeronautics, or with significant equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3 to 8 years of successful experience in Methods, Industrialization or R&D, ideally in the aeronautical, space or high-precision automotive sector.
• Internal standards of the principal: PRO-0316, GRP-0129 (Quality Assurance Plan), GRF-0033 (Compliance Matrix), GRP-0087 (Supplier Requirements), INS-0406, PRO-0197 (Design Study Files), option PRO-0617.
• Tools: Engine Shop Manual, AMM, SAP, SharePoint, ITEROP.
