Tool specialist Northern Norway, Nordland-Troms

Role Summary

As a tool specialist at Bosch, you will be our external face towards professional end customers in construction, construction and especially industry. You work closely with the users - out on projects, workshops, production environments and construction sites - and show how Bosch's solutions contribute to increased efficiency, better HSE and lower costs.

You will be responsible for identifying needs, carrying out product demonstrations and building strong relationships with decision makers and professionals. With the support of our sales team and marketing department, you will be an important contributor in lifting Bosch and our customers further.

• 📍 Desired residence: Narvik-Harstad
• 🗺️ Area of responsibility: Nordland from Saltfjellet and Troms county
• Your main tasks
• Seek out and follow up end customers and projects within industry, construction and engineering
• Demonstrate Bosch's tools and solutions - with a focus on battery-powered systems, ergonomics and safety
• Map customer needs and propose complete solutions
• Register and follow up customers and activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Participate in trade fairs, customer events and activities with retailers
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales and marketing to create growth

Requirements

• You have experience from industry, preferably combined with construction, construction or technical sales
• You thrive among people and build relationships across professional environments
• You work in a structured way, are results-oriented and comfortable with CRM and digital tools
• You have a great interest in technology and want to be at the forefront of developments
• Driving license class B is a requirement
