What will the job entail?

• As Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in the store's operation and development. You will:
• Together with the store manager, lead, coach and develop the sales team
• Ensure that the store is always ready for sales with the right focus on weekly promotions
• Create a positive working environment where the team thrives, is motivated and performs
• Actively participate in the store's daily operations and set a good example through sales and customer service

Requirements

What are we looking for in you?

• You have experience in sales and preferably also with managerial responsibilities from retail
• You love to create results and are motivated by achieving goals together with your team
• You are a positive, committed and inspiring colleague
• You are structured and capable of making decisions, but thrive on variety and a fast pace
• You keep calm in stressful situations and always look for solutions
• You must be able to understand and make yourself understood in Norwegian, as well as be prepared for evening and Saturday work
