Technology Innovation Engineer

Role Summary

How you'll make an impact- You lead end-to-end development of innovative platform solutions.

• You evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and cloud-native tech.
• You define integration strategies with architects and digital leaders.
• You collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• You translate needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• You run feasibility studies and benchmarking activities.
• You prepare documentation for architectures and prototypes.
• You present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your background- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.

• 3+ years of experience in software development or innovation roles.
• Solid understanding of state-of-the-art IT platforms and market trends.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
