Role Summary

• Respond to customers and users of the company's construction products via the HOTLINE
• Organization, delivery and monitoring of training
• Monitor customer files from the occurrence of an incident until resolution and closure
• Training for distribution points of sale, civil engineers, engineering schools and BETs (technical design offices)
• Identify the functional improvements desired by users
• Diagnose and correct malfunctions described by users
• On-site support for minimum distribution salespeople
• Carry out the integration of new components while respecting defined norms and standards
• Ensure preventive maintenance
• Support for BETs (technical design offices) during the development of project CCTPs
• Digital customer service processing
• Edition of technical sheets
• Write documentation for users
• Centralize, analyze and transmit application improvement needs

Requirements

BTS Commercial Action, DUT, business school or equivalent.
