Your role and missions

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team dedicated to application production within our internal IS department. If you are passionate about technical challenges and have solid experience in production engineering or infrastructure, this opportunity is for you!

You work in a stimulating work environment within a dynamic team, with varied and innovative projects.

Responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you

• Manage technical projects while ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality.
• Ensure coordination between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues encountered during projects.
• Participate in the evolution and optimization of our infrastructure and applications.
• Mentor and train team members on new technologies and practices.
• Analyze the impact of change
• Identify stakeholders affected by the change
• Evaluate organizational, human and operational impacts
• Carry out change maturity diagnostics
• Develop the change management strategy
• Define and understand transformation goals
• Build a change management plan (roadmap)
• Determine the membership levers (communication, training, support)
• Follow the internal communications plan
• Create supports to support the orchestration of changes
• Coordinate with other project teams
• Work in conjunction with the different IT teams
• Participate in steering committees

Requirements

• Graduate of a Bac+5, engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• You have significant experience as a production engineer or infrastructure engineer.
• You have strong technical skills in application and systems environments.
• You are able to work in a team, communicate effectively and unite around objectives
• You master project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a bit.
• Your level of English is operational.
• You are autonomous, rigorous and pragmatic.
• You also have a good sense of service and customer relations.
