Role Summary
- Training Project Manager Coordinator - Electronic Invoicing
- Scope France
- Hybrid / full remote model
Train the network of integrators/partners and new employees to deploy IT projects related to electronic invoicing. Ensure the smooth running of deployments, from the scoping phase to production, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction, the quality of deliverables and the development of the skills of internal and external teams.

- Training & partner network management
- Train partners / integrators / new collaborators to master our electronic invoicing software solutions
- Train in deployment processes and good project practices
- Lead product training sessions (face-to-face/remote)
- Monitor and coordinate the partner/integrator workload plan
- Ensure relay between partners and internal teams (Support, Product, Deployment)
- Manage alerts and escalations with the sponsor or hierarchy
- Contribute to the onboarding of new employees (training, integration, skills development)
- Project management
- Plan projects and manage associated resources
- Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Organize and lead monitoring and steering meetings
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
- Anticipate risks (deadlines, budget, quality) and propose corrective measures
- Contribute to the drafting of deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams (Development, Product, Support, Sales) to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables
- Support client project teams in key phases (testing, framing, production)
- Functional expertise
- Facilitate framing and specification workshops
- Write a functional configuration file adapted to customer needs and context
- Carry out the functional configuration of the product
- Support customers in getting started with the solution, testing and starting production
- Ensure the transmission of knowledge and education to users
- Relationships & communication
- Clear and precise expression, both written and spoken
- Sense of listening, empathy, pedagogy
- Ability to adapt your speech to different interlocutors (customers, partners, internal)
- Natural leadership and ability to unite
- Managerial or team coordination experience preferred
- Project management
- Organization, multi-project management, autonomy
- Resistance to stress and meeting deadlines
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to structure, prioritize and anticipate
- Technical & functional
- Mandatory knowledge of electronic invoicing
- Mastery of the RFE (Electronic Invoicing Repository)
- Good understanding of invoice management systems, ERP, accounting and purchasing
- Knowledge of business processes (real estate, third-party management, accounting expertise, utilities, etc.)
- Very good command of office tools
- Basic knowledge of ISO27001 certification
- Fluent English required
