Technical customer service - two-wheeler (m/f/d)

Role Summary

We are UT! As a sales partner for Gates Carbon Drive and Bosch eBike Systems, we are THE experts for bicycle drive technology in Europe and beyond. Our 39 employees supply and support over 1,000 bicycle manufacturers, dealers and brands worldwide every day. This year we want to grow even further and expand our team in Mühlhausen. Responsibilities

• You support our customers (specialist dealers & manufacturers) by telephone with questions and problems relating to bicycle drives.
• You support us with customer training, take part in major events and trade fairs in the bicycle industry (e.g. Eurobike) and, if desired, you can also develop yourself in the field.
• You process warranty returns, check components and decide on replacement deliveries, credit notes or returns.

Requirements

• You have completed technical training or studies (e.g. mechatronics engineer, two-wheeler mechatronics engineer, automotive mechatronics engineer, mechanical engineering - dropouts are also welcome!).
• You love bikes as much as we do!
• You have good office skills.
• You have a solid knowledge of English.
