Technical consultant - developer or data engineer

Role Summary

We at Sopra Steria Tromsø are strengthening the team and are now looking for developers and data engineers who will join us on our journey. Whether you are passionate about code, data or both, we offer a working day filled with meaning, professional development and committed colleagues.

For developers, experience in

• .NET/C#, Java, Kotlin or Python
• Frontend technologies such as React, Angular or TypeScript
• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
• DevOps, CI/CD and modern development methodologies

For data engineers, experience in

• SQL, Python, PySpark or R
• Data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery
• ELT/ETL tools such as Data Factory, dbt or similar
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep)
• Data visualization in Power BI, Tableau or similar

We would like you to have a higher education in technology or data, and at least 3-4 years' experience as a developer and/or data engineer.
