Role Summary

The focus of your work is on leading the team, taking into account the group dynamics, the relationships between employees and the respective human qualities through appreciation and recognition.

You organize day-to-day business and ensure the provision of the service as well as compliance with quality requirements, guidelines and key figures.

You create rosters as part of personnel deployment planning and carry out personnel assessments and employee interviews. You will also be responsible for controlling and reporting to your superiors and customers.

You recognize optimization potential, derive suitable measures and implement them.

Requirements

• Training: Successfully completed vocational training
• Personality: High level of leadership skills, communication skills and integrity, business thinking, empathy and reliability
• Working style: Structured, organized and solution-oriented
• Experience & Know-How: Proven experience in employee management, good moderation and presentation skills, very good knowledge of MS Office applications and good English skills
