Team leader in customer service - commercial area for Bosch security systems (f/m/div.)

Role Summary

The focus of your work is on supporting and developing your team, including organizing regular team meetings.

The focus is on carrying out personnel assessments and employee discussions derived from them on general, technical and disciplinary topics as well as employee coaching.

You are responsible for compliance with the qualitative and quantitative key figures in collaboration with our specialist trainers.

You identify optimization potential, derive suitable measures and implement them.

Requirements

• Experience & know-how: several years of experience in employee management, good moderation and presentation skills, good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Personality: high level of leadership skills, strong communication skills, empathy and reliability
• Working style: structured, organized and solution-oriented
