As Team Coordinator Logistics (m/f/d) you will be at the heart of our logistics world. You act as a central key point between our operational logisticians and the strategic level in order to make our supply chain measurable, highly efficient and absolutely scalable. 🚀

Your role & your impact ⚡️

You make our logistics and fulfillment processes future-proof. You manage our 3PL partners, optimize cost structures and build automated system landscapes. With a data-driven approach, you bring transparency to carrier delivery times, negotiate conditions and solve operational bottlenecks before they arise.

Your central tasks 👩💻👨💻

Performance & service provider control#

You monitor SLAs, carrier transit times and fulfillment lead times of our 3PL partners (PVS/AMS), conduct regular performance reviews and establish clear benchmarks.

Cost optimization & 3PL negotiations

You analyze service providers' cost structures, identify savings potential and actively support renegotiations.

Process design & scaling

You solve bottlenecks in fulfillment and logistics, design new end-to-end processes and ensure that our logistics can keep up with company growth.

Warehouse & network structure

You will strategically shape the inventory distribution across our locations and tie this neatly into our demand planning.

System integration & automation

You drive the automated connection of performance and billing data, support interface adjustments in NetSuite and transfer carrier tracking (aftership) into automated dashboards.

Reporting & IT interface

You define our logistics KPI framework, write system requirements and display all relevant data in our internal dashboard.

Professional leadership & enablement

You control and prioritize the operational logistics team and build process knowledge.

This is what you bring with you 🤝

Experience: Min. 3–5 years of solid experience in operations, supply chain management, e-commerce logistics or 3PL service provider management.

Leadership experience: Experience in technical leadership, structuring and development of smaller operational teams as well as the ability to motivate your team in day-to-day business.

Tech & data affinity: Strong practical experience with ERP systems (ideally NetSuite), WMS interfaces as well as BI and dashboard tools.

Affinity for numbers & analytical mindset: You read performance reports independently, think commercially and derive concrete savings potential from them.

Hands-on & solution-oriented: You tackle operational problems directly, question existing processes and prefer to test smart automations rather than have lengthy discussions.

Organization & interface skills: You maintain an overview of complex logistics networks and act as a confident translator between IT, finance, retail and external partners.

Communication: Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
