Role Summary

As part of the development of our Aeronautics / Space / Defense activities, we are looking for a Systems Project Manager to manage high-stakes technical projects, from the scoping phase to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project: framing, planning, progress monitoring, reporting, risk management and action plans
  • Ensure a fluid interface between business teams (systems, software, hardware, testing, quality, etc.), project management, the client and partners
  • Collect, analyze and formalize customer needs and associated technical requirements
  • Contribute to the definition of the system architecture and the coordination of major technical choices
  • Carry out load estimates and capacity management (load plan, staffing, prioritization)
  • Guarantee compliance with quality, safety and normative constraints specific to the ASD sector
  • Supervise the integration, validation, qualification and delivery phases
  • Ensure monitoring of project deliverables: technical documents, justification files, test plans/procedures, reports
  • Contribute to project capitalization and the continuous improvement of methods, processes and tools
  • Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary team by promoting skills development and cohesion

Requirements

  • Training / Experience
  • Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent Bac+5 training (systems engineering, electronics, industrial IT, aeronautics, mechanics, etc.)
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a complex industrial environment, with significant initial experience in project management or technical coordination
  • Experience in the Aeronautics, Space or Defense fields is a real asset

Technical skills

  • Very good understanding of complex systems (ADA, embedded, avionics, etc.) and multi-business environments
  • Mastery of project management activities: planning, milestones, cost management, risks, KPIs.
  • Knowledge of V-shaped project cycles (and/or hybrid models)
  • Good culture of requirements management, traceability, justification
  • Personal qualities
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a demanding context
  • Very good communication, spirit of synthesis and customer-oriented posture
  • Natural leadership, ability to unite a team and create a positive dynamic
  • Rigor, autonomy, capacity for anticipation and decision-making
  • Taste for high criticality technical environments
