Stage Customer Service

Role Summary

For its headquarters in Vimodrone (MI), Eurofins Biolab is looking for a young high school or university graduate to be included in an internship in the Customer Service department.

Specifically, the role, which does not involve laboratory activities, requires specific technical skills which will mainly consist in the management of activities in progress or in the planning phase, involving continuous contact (telephone, e-mail) with customers in the pharmaceutical, medical device and related sectors and with internal staff in order to prepare commercial documents (e.g. offers) and provide technical support.

The constant use of IT LIMS and the English language is expected.

Requirements

• Degree in Bioengineering, Biology, CTF or other scientific degrees;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (part of the interview may be held in English);
• Excellent command of IT tools;
• Interest in office work;
• Interest and predisposition to interpersonal relationships;

Residence in Milan or areas surrounding Vimodrone.
