Your challenge

Be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy in its triad, anticipating user needs and transforming them into simple, viable and high-impact solutions. A Sr. Product Owner at Konfío combines high product sense with analytical thinking and prioritization skills, to maximize business value and customer experience. He works hand in hand with his Product Vertical Head and with the design and technology triads, ensuring that the roadmap generates tangible results (outcomes) and not just deliverables (outputs). Ensures getting the most out of your assigned technology team not only in time but in the quality of its deliverables. He is an orchestrator of all areas ensuring that the product closes all points to offer a wonderful experience but at the same time safe, operable, aligned with regulations and accompanies and leads the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy in your vertical (Cards).
• Exercise full ownership of the product life cycle.
• Demonstrate superior product sense in decision making.
• Lead the product triad (Tech, Design, Product).
• Manage internal stakeholders strategically.
• Measure and ensure real impact.
• Mentor and elevate the level of the product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, economics, industrial engineering, process engineering.
• 8 years of recent experience as a Product Owner in card products (Indispensable), in the Business Banking sector or in top fintechs.
• Mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and solid UX/UI fundamentals (not only as a manager, but as a design challenger).
• Advanced English.
