You will be part of the Product team, playing a fundamental role in the leadership and evolution of critical products to boost education in Brazil. Here, you will have the challenge of transforming complex problems into solutions that generate real impact in the daily lives of millions of schools and families, working in strong partnership with design, engineering and several other areas. You will work in a lean team with real autonomy over the product strategy.

Responsibilities

👉 On a daily basis, you will

Product Strategy and Vision

• Lead the strategy and evolution of one or more critical products, with direct responsibility for resolving pedagogical or financial problems; connecting them to the vision of the School's Operating System (My Arc).
• Define relevant problems and prioritize initiatives based on data, strategic context and user needs, explaining trade-offs and saying no clearly.
• Monitor and evolve product metrics from end to end, adjusting the strategy as necessary;
• Identify and evolve capabilities in your domain that generate impact beyond your team, enabling other teams and company products.
• Discovery and Delivery
• Lead discovery cycles with hypotheses, experiments and validation before large investments;
• Align stakeholders from different areas and seniority levels, ensuring clarity of direction and trade-offs;
• Work together with technical teams to transform architecture, scalability, security and maintenance challenges into high-impact product initiatives;
• Evolve the operating model of the products under your responsibility: rituals, processes and ways of working with teams and areas involved.
• Contribute to the development of the team and dissemination of good product practices across the team as a whole (+600 people in the technology vertical), developing less experienced people.
• Experience leading multiple product initiatives, with a track record of delivering in complex and ambiguous scenarios;
• Strategic vision to think about the medium and long term, connecting the evolution of products with the company's larger objectives;
• Data fluency: you define and track product and business metrics autonomously; SQL and analytics tools are part of your routine;
• Use of AI at work: you have already incorporated AI tools into your flow (analysis, discovery, documentation, prototyping) and have an opinion about where they generate value in the product;
• Ability to evolve the governance of the main channels used by different user profiles, carrying out excellent stakeholder management with domain teams;
• Sharp communication and stakeholder management skills — you adapt the message, align expectations clearly, resolve conflicts calmly and master asynchronous alignments, building objective documentation that guides decisions;

• Experience with APIs, integrations, events, microservices or internal platforms
• Ability to discuss architecture, technical trade-offs, and engineering decisions in sufficient depth to support product prioritization;
• Experience in education, fintech or B2B2C products at scale;
