You will be part of our Design team, playing an essential role in building digital solutions at Arcotech. Here, your challenge will be to transform complex problems into simple and efficient experiences, working in partnership with Product and Engineering to generate a real impact on learning and business objectives.

Responsibilities

👉 On a daily basis, you will

  • Design Strategy and Vision
  • Lead end-to-end design projects, from problem discovery to solution implementation;
  • Actively participate in the definition of product strategy, contributing with a systemic vision and focus on the user experience;
  • Discovery, Research and Data
  • Conduct research, interviews and validations with users to inform product and design decisions;
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure the impact of proposed solutions;
  • Execution and quality
  • Transform complex problems into clear and intuitive flows, journeys and interfaces;
  • Create prototypes, flows and specifications with a high level of quality and attention to detail;

Work in strong partnership with Product Managers, Engineering and stakeholders to build simple, efficient experiences aligned with business objectives.

  • Collaboration and Design Culture
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and the consistency of the experience between different products and functionalities;
  • Collaborate with other designers through criticism, exchanges and quality reviews;
  • Act as a technical reference within the team, supporting more junior designers in day-to-day challenges
  • Solid experience working as a Product Designer on digital products, with the ability to conduct complex design projects autonomously;
  • Strong technical repertoire in UX, UI, information architecture and flow design, with mastery of design and prototyping tools (such as Figma);
  • Ability to research and validate solutions with users, demonstrating the ability to make decisions driven by data, metrics and the business context;
  • Excellent communication and argumentation skills, easy to interact with different stakeholders and previous experience of working in multidisciplinary teams with Product and Engineering;
  • Consistent portfolio that demonstrates your product reasoning, the impact generated and the quality of your execution

Requirements

It will be a plus if you have

  • Experience in complex digital products, platforms, scalable ecosystems or B2B, SaaS or fintech contexts;
  • Experience in agile and product-oriented environments;
  • Experience with Design Systems and component governance;
  • Familiarity with product metrics and experimentation frameworks;
  • Experience mentoring more junior designers;
  • Knowledge of accessibility and good usability practices;
  • Ability to influence strategic decisions that go beyond the immediate scope of your project
