Responsibilities

• 👉 What will be your challenges with us?
• Work closely with business areas to understand pain points, identify opportunities and build analytical solutions that generate real impact for the company.
• Develop and evolve predictive indicators, machine learning models and applications using AI for pricing, credit, collection, fraud prevention, portfolio, supply, logistics and other strategic fronts.
• Monitoring, implementation and use of solutions over time, ensuring adoption, performance, value generation and good interaction with stakeholders throughout the entire journey, directly contributing to the technical quality and evolution of deliveries in the area.

Requirements

👉 What we hope you get

• Consistent experience in Data Science, with a solid command of applied statistics, machine learning and development of end-to-end analytical solutions (from structuring the problem to putting it into production or recurring operation).
• Fluency in Python and SQL.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into objective solutions, balancing technical depth and pragmatism.
• Autonomy and proactivity to handle complex demands with little supervision.
• Good communication and ease of relationship and alignment with stakeholders on different fronts.

Benefits

• Previous experience in topics such as pricing, credit, collections, fraud, portfolio, supply or logistics.
• Experience in data-driven companies with a history of strong interaction with business areas.
• Practical knowledge or experience in using Generative AI and LLMs to build solutions, automations or decision support tools.
• History of active participation in high-impact projects, contributing to the improvement of processes and analytical maturity of deliveries.
